Kick off your reunion weekend at this intimate, seated dinner, surrounded by the artwork of the A.J. Drexel Picture Gallery which houses 19th Century European artwork, as well as portraits by A.J. Drexel’s father, Francis Martin Drexel. A class photo will be taken. This event is only open to members of the Class of 1974 and their guests.

Recent grads are taking over Libertee Grounds, co-owned by Drexel alum, Priyank Rambhia ’16, for some Alumni Weekend fun. The night includes mini golf, craft beer, canned cocktails and seltzers, Asian-style street food and guaranteed good times!

Celebrate your 5 and 10-year law school reunion together at the Fitler Club with Dean Daniel Filler, Esq. Take in beautiful river views as you catch up with classmates and enjoy beer, wine and appetizers. 

Visit some of the city's most historic and medical-focused locations, followed by an early lunch (at your own cost) at the iconic Reading Terminal Market. After lunch, a bus will bring guests back to the Logan Hotel and University City. Tour stops include:

CoE alumni and guests are invited to join Dean Sharon L. Walker, PhD, for an update and tour of Drexel Engineering spaces in 3101 Market Street, including the Innovation Studio, the College’s shared space for students to collaborate and bring their ideas to life.

Business alumni and guests are invited to join Vibhas Madan, PhD, LeBow College of Business dean and R. John Chapel Jr. Dean’s Chair, for an update on business education at Drexel. Hear firsthand from current students as they provide tours of the 12-story, 177,500-square-foot Gerri C. LeBow with stunning views of the Philadelphia skyline from the building’s balcony.

Catch up with friends old and new and reminisce about your Dragon days at this annual luncheon. The 50-year reunion Class of 1974 will be recognized, and the Golden Dragon Society Award winners will be honored. During lunch, Alan Greenberger, vice president for real estate and facilities, will give a presentation on Drexel’s campus then, now and into the future.

Based on the iconic 1985 movie and classic board game, Clue is a hilarious comedic farce-meets- murder mystery where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party. For the over 30 years, proceeds from the University City 5K have directly supported the Nicholas P. Pipino Memorial Scholarship at Drexel University. Each year, participants of all levels take to the streets to run or walk this 5K. You must register for this event separately by using the link below.

For some Alumni Weekend family fun, bring your little (or not so little!) Dragons to the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. Enjoy a light meal and explore the exhibits and artifacts of the Academy before it opens to the public.  Check out the Wonders of Weather Show in the Auditorium at 11 a.m. where you'll watch lightning strike, see a cloud form, then marvel as it all turns into a tornado before your eyes!  A live sloth experience and behind-the-scenes tours are available as add-on activities that guests must register for separately. 

Get exclusive, behind-the-scenes tours of the Academy’s library and archives, as well as its invertebrate paleontology and ornithology collections. Guests must be 16 or older to participate.  These tours will take place from 1 to 2 p.m.

You must register for Family Day at ANS in order to add on the Behind-the-Scenes Tours. 

Travel to the most diverse ecosystem on the planet! Under the Canopy Live Animal Experience is an immersive exhibition introducing you to the fascinating world of rainforests and the animals that inhabit them, including a meet-and-greet with a sloth (if she is feeling up to it) and other animals! This experience will take place from 10 to 11 a.m.

Enjoy a panel discussion – including Charles Cairns, MD, dean of the College of Medicine – on the College of Medicine today and the current student experience, followed by a tour of the state-of-the-art Health Sciences Building and lunch. The Legacy Center will be on hand with materials on display from your time as med students.

At a private luncheon with President John Fry, celebrate the legacy of the Drexel 100 and recognize the group’s newest cohort of inductees into the Alumni Hall of Fame. Join us as we give a warm welcome to these distinguished Dragons who are making significant contributions to their professions, their communities and the University. 

Join fellow TKE Alpha-Tau fraters, spouses, friends and family to celebrate the return of TKE Alpha-Tau to Drexel University! In addition to celebrating its return, we will also recognize former Alumni Association president, Rich Brancaleone, AT 1268, BS ’88 with a dedication ceremony for the “Brancaleone Kitchen”.  Refreshment and light hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Enjoy exclusive access to PAFA at this festive reception for alumni from Drexel University, College of Medicine and its legacy schools. Graze your way through heavy hors d’oeuvre stations, enjoy an open beer and wine bar and dance the night away! In addition, take in the beautiful PAFA student artwork on display.

Guests may arrive at 6 p.m. for exclusive access to PAFA’s Historic Landmark Building and explore its main exhibit, Artists As Cultivators, which examines how artists have fostered and sustained critical social dialogues over three centuries through their use of nature as a subject, theme and material. Access to the Historic Landmark Building will be limited from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Continue the celebration and close out the day at the TKE-Alpha Tau House! With entertainment and a DJ in the basement, as well as music in the tent in the backyard, raise a glass and celebrate being back on campus. Open bar and snacks provided.
